The upper plastic part of the item was cracked and was not working with my car. Value of the item was good and I would appreciate I was given £10 discount as well. Appearance looked ok exactly my own car part and even it was cracked I wanted to fix it in my car but it did not work at all. As far as the condition is concerned, I don't blame the seller at all. This is not the first time I have received an item on eBay that was broken/faulty but grateful to eBay and sellers for return of the item

Did not bother to check what was sent, missing parts, caused a lot of grief, had defective part fitted to car, then had to remove to send back a broken useless part
